SaaS Grade grades workplace chats, work management software, and CRM management software against one company profile. It is not a market ranking.
What the site does
Most software comparisons rank tools in the abstract, then leave the reader to guess which row applies to them. We do the opposite. You answer 5 quick questions. We fill in the rest from your answers, and show you what we assumed so you can change it.
Change an answer and the order changes. A tool that grades an A for a 900-person manufacturer with strict cyber rules can grade a C for a ten-person café, and that is the point.
Who is behind it
SaaS Grade is affiliated with Zenzap. We say so on every page, and the full advertising disclosure names the relationship and what we earn from. Zenzap is scored by the same rules as every other product and does not always win.
Nobody can pay for a position. The grade and the order come from the quiz answers and the published method, not from payment, conversion rates, or paid placement.
How to check our work

- For agents — the same grader as a public API, no key needed, so you can run the numbers yourself.
