DMCA policy

Last updated September 21, 2026. SaaS Grade respects copyright. If material on this site infringes yours, send a notice to dmca@saasgrade.com and we will act on it.

What to include in a notice

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512), a notice must contain all of the following. Incomplete notices slow things down, so please cover every point.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed, or a representative list if there are several.
  • The exact URL on this site where the material appears, specific enough for us to find it.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

What we do next

We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe. Where we can identify who supplied the material, we tell them what was removed and pass on your notice. Repeat infringers are cut off.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number together with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, or the Southern District of New York if you are outside the United States, and acceptance of service from the complaining party. We may restore the material after the waiting period the DMCA sets unless the complaining party files suit.

A note on product names and logos

Product names, logos, and screenshots appear here to identify the tools being graded. That is nominative use and does not imply endorsement or partnership beyond what the advertising disclosure states. If you own a mark and want its use changed or removed, write to us and we will sort it out — no legal filing needed.

Misuse

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, carries liability for damages under §512(f). Please only file a notice you believe is correct.
