Pick the replacement by who will open it

A company-owned chat is the closest switch when the phone has to stay and the company needs the history. Slack is the switch when the team will live in channels. Microsoft Teams is the switch when Microsoft 365 is already the stack and people will sign in. None of these is automatically better for a Saturday shift.
